Q: HOW MUCH DOES BURN VIDEO COST?

A. We offer several different options when saving your precious memories to either HD DVD or USB.
HD DVD's

Q. CAN I COMBINE VIDEOS AND PICTURES FROM MY PHONE'S LIBRARY AND FACEBOOK?

A. Of course! That's the beauty of Burn Video: you can upload any combination of of videos and pictures from any source you'd like. You can combine them all and have them in one location as a neat home movie, either an HD DVD or USB. You can use your files from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Drive, Google Photos, Dropbox, iCloud, etc.

Q: CAN I UPLOAD IMOVIES OR IMEMORIES?

A. Yes! You can upload any movie that you've created on another app or one that has been put together for you, such as iMemories. In fact, our website it great for uploading larger iMovies that you've put together on your phone or computer. 

Q. HOW DO I PLUG IN THE USB?

A. When inserting the USB, the "shiny" or black side goes up. Thanks for confirming!

Q: DO I HAVE TO BE ON WI-FI FOR THE APP TO WORK?

A. Yes. Uploading HD video uses large amounts of data and it would cost a fortune to use a data plan from your provider! If you don't have a strong Wi-Fi connection, the app won't work.

Q: WHAT IS THE BEST ADVICE FOR USING YOUR APP SO THAT MY ORDER GOES SMOOTHLY?

A. Please try the following things to make the ordering process go smoothly:
1. Be sure you have a strong wifi connection, as the app won't work without it.

2. When you upload videos, click on 3-4 at a time, let them upload completely, then click on 3-4 more, etc. This way they don't get bottle-necked with many trying to upload at once.

3. You should see a status bar at the top moving, showing the progress of the uploads and you can see the percent upload on the bottom of the screen. It could take up to 15 minutes for a full order to load, as most files are 1080p HD and are large.

4. Once the videos load to 100%, you can then click the green pencil to add captions to play at the bottom of each video or picture, you can move them into a specific order you want them in. You can also add a title to the front of the DVD with some cool emojis! Click Done to finish your order. 

Q: WHAT DEVICES CAN RUN BURN VIDEO?

A. The app is available in the Apple App Store for the iPhone, iPod, and iPad and is available on Google Play for Android devices. You can also go to www.burnvideo.net on your personal computer or laptop and use our services to preserve videos and pictures that are saved on your desktop, hard drives, flash drives, etc...even iMovies and other projects you've created!

Q: I STARTED AN ORDER ON THE WEBSITE AND LOGGED OUT. WHEN I LOGGED BACK IN, MY FILES WEREN'T SAVED! WHAT HAPPENED?

A. Unfortunately, we don't save partial orders. When you are ready, you must start and complete your order in one setting. You will click Add/Delete on each circle, add all of your media files and then check out. 

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY BURN VIDEO TO ARRIVE?

A. We will process your Burn Video within 2-3 days of your media being uploaded. We ask that you allow 8-10 days for shipping with USPS.

Q: I ORDERED A DVD TWO WEEKS AGO AND WOULD LIKE ANOTHER ONE. HOW WOULD I DO THIS?

A: If you want to order additional DVD's, go into the app, click on "Order History" and you'll see previous orders; click "Reburn" on the DVD that you'd like another copy of. Keep in mind, we don't keep your files longer than 30 days, so please order them as soon as you can.

Q: MY CREDIT CARD EXPIRED, HOW DO I UPDATE THIS INFORMATION?

A: In the app, click on "My Account", then "Payment information". Here you can update your credit card information or use PayPal if you choose. While on the website, click the arrow by your name, click "Update Payment Information" to update payment information.

Q: IS THIS APP A SUBSCRIPTION OR DO I HAVE TO ORDER EVERY MONTH?

A. No. You are not signed up for a subscription or any commitments! You order when you want as often as you'd like. You never have any fees, just pay for the DVD's and USB's you order.

Q: HOW DO I GET MY VIDEOS AND PICTURES IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER?

A. Let all of your videos upload to 100%. Then, once you upload all of your videos and pictures, hold down the "3 small lines" next to your files and move them into the order in which you want them to be in. 

Q: WHEN I PLAY MY BURN VIDEO, I ONLY SEE VIDEO STRAIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE OF THE TV; IT DOESN'T COVER THE ENTIRE TELEVISION SCREEN. WHY IS IT LIKE THIS? 

A. If your video is vertical on your television screen then you've recorded with your phone in a vertical position. Unfortunately no company can manipulate this. In order to have your video play on your entire screen, remember to record with your phone in the horizontal position. I know...we all have to retrain ourselves! 

Q. DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

A. Unfortunately not at this time. We currently ship anywhere in the U.S., U.S. Territories, Canada and the UK. We are moving into a few other countries soon, so stay tuned!
